Wingback

I have been searching for a cheap wingback to recover for my living room- FOR. LIKE. EVER. We are in major need of an accent chair and I want it to be a bold piece that I am really proud of.  Looks like I will be spending my weekends at garage sales this summer! I LOVE these looks!

I love the look of traditional furniture upholstered with a modern fabric! Very unpredicatable!

I'm on the hunt for a new pendant light! I want something fun and interesting to hang above my sink in the kitchen... I think these barn lights are making their way to the top of my list!

I need some motivation.

I have been working on our living/dining room (you can see the design board here.) and hopefully soon I will have some pictures to share, But first I need some motivation. Some MAJOR motivation!

Whose idea was it for me to make striped curtains?   I’m so excited for the finished product and I know I will love love love floor to ceiling chunky red and white striped curtains, but there is a ton of work to do! A ton of measuring, cutting, piecing together and sewing ahead of me and I’m not really looking forward to it.

So this post is more of a self motivating post for me to kick it into gear! Sometimes it takes looking at other pretties to really get me going!

H&M Home.

Don’t you love stumbling on to something that you never knew existed and then you can’t get your debit card out of your super cute wallet fast enough? Well, that’s how I felt this morning when I found out H&M had a home line. What?!? Is this old news and I’m just now figuring it out? If so, I’m sorry for the old news… but I’m loving it! It slightly reminds me of Anthro Home, just a heck of a lot cheaper! Hooray!

Their spring line is so fresh! I’m a color girl, but I am loving the neutrals tones and the natural fabrics. And of course I’m a sucker for ruffles… especially ruffled curtains! So, I thought I would share a few of my favorites!
